What is Future Skills Passport?
The Future Skills Passport is a digital learning programme for UK primary schools, designed to teach Year 3 to Year 6 the twelve life skills children most need before they leave primary — Save a Life, Manage Money, Look After Their Mind, Stay Healthy, Learn Effectively, Navigate the Digital World, Speak with Confidence, Think Like an Entrepreneur, Solve Real Problems, Work as a Team, Plan Their Future, and Protect the Planet.
Each strand is delivered in three 45-minute lessons that run themselves. Pupils tap in with a class code (no surnames, no logins, no parent data) and progress through a five-phase rhythm — scene, knowledge, try-it, apply, reflect — grounded in established pedagogy: spaced retrieval, growth mindset, and metacognitive reflection. Lessons are auto-marked, and teachers receive a one-click evidence pack for PSHE folders and Ofsted inspections.
The Passport is mapped to statutory PSHE, the 2028 DfE curriculum reforms, the Gatsby Benchmarks (KS3 readiness), and the seven future skills identified by the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs 2030 framework.
Built by Spark2 Education, who deliver 1,800+ in-person primary workshops a year. The Save a Life first-aid strand is free forever for any UK primary — no card, no time limit. The full twelve-skill Passport is a whole-school annual subscription from £249+VAT/year, banded by form entry, with a 30-day free trial and pay-by-card or invoice. Home and MAT/trust pricing also available.
