What is Mrs Mactivity?
Mrs Mactivity is built on senior leadership experience from Twinkl and Kapow Primary, and a track record of building a DfE-validated phonics programme later acquired by Discovery Education. The result: EYFS, KS1 and KS2 schemes and resources, National Curriculum aligned, built around what teachers and schools actually need to plan, teach and assess.
School adoption has grown 70% over the past two years, with a 93% school renewal rate and in one of our most recent school case studies, Spectacular SPaG helped Caen Community Primary lift Year 6 GPS SATs results from 68% to 86% within a year of introducing the scheme.

- FLIP (Foundations for Learning) , an EYFS programme covering areas including communication and language, personal development and PSED
- News and Views, a weekly current affairs programme for primary classes
- Rhyme Town , a Phase 1 phonics and pre-writing programme for Nursery and Reception, winner of a Teach Early Years Award (included in all memberships)

Schemes of work include animated, interactive lesson slides that model the learning, differentiated and adaptable worksheets, and hands-on practical activities. Real-world photography is used where possible to keep resources lifelike, with worksheets printing cleanly in greyscale. Vocabulary development, inclusivity and oracy are built into the schemes throughout.
Mrs Mactivity saves hours of planning and resource-searching time, with schemes and resources spanning EYFS to Year 6 across the core primary subjects. The ready made spelling lists and slides as well as comprehensive Grammar and punctuation lessons mean you teach knowing you have covered the curriculum. I personally use the Y3 Science scheme as well and have been very impressed with it.

The website is quite difficult to navigate. If I want SPAG, then I'd rather have a simple drop down menu. Secondly, I've found a couple of errors in the work sheets so far.
