Technicians are encouraged to create desktop shortcuts for staff so that they can quickly and easily access the ‘login’ page for MyConcern. Many customers include their technical staff in the MyConcern user training.

In three one-hour sessions with a MyConcern Trainer, Safeguarding Leads will learn all aspects of how to use and get the most from your instance of MyConcern. These sessions are offered at the onboarding stage and also at any time during your subscription period.
