No specific training is required to use Sing Up, it is very intuitive and simple to use. We do provide lots of support and resources online for using the site well and for CPD on leading singing and teaching music. Plus a member of the Sing Up team is always available to answer queries via email, phone and social media. We can provide in person training from time to time, mainly via partnerships with Music Education Hubs.
We have a complete help centre available with Curriculum Maestro giving users (NQT to SLT) 100% satisfaction, including video tutorials, step-by-step guides, handy tips, advice, guidance, and much more.
Paying your Membership by credit card gives you instant access. Paying via invoice requires waiting until the invoice is paid before Membership will be activated. Once Membership is activated there is no set up time required you can use it immediately.
