Britannica Group, a worldwide leader in education for over 250 years, recently shared how they grew Britannica School into one of the most reviewed products on EdTech Impact.
What problem were you trying to solve?
We wanted a structured way for teachers to share their experiences of using Britannica School through an independent, third-party platform. We hoped to use the review content to showcase our quality and build additional credibility as a leading education supplier.
Why did you choose EdTech Impact?
We love that EdTech Impact is dedicated purely to EdTech products. We think it’s very important to be listed on a market-specific platform as our reviews will be seen by the right people. Being on EdTech Impact also means we’re continually building evidence on how Britannica School improves student outcomes within different school contexts. This is something we have struggled with in the past.
What measurable benefits have you seen?
We are one of the highest ranked products on the platform, and recently earned a “Recommended” Summer 2022 badge. The EdTech Impact logo is fast-becoming a mark of quality that schools can trust, and so we utilise all of EdTech Impact’s review sharing tools and assets across our website, socials and emails. It really is a goldmine of content marketing that has saved us lots of time, and helped increase our engagement with customers and prospects, which we’re really pleased with. All in all, we’ve noticed approximately a 10% increase of engagement through our website.
What allowed you to achieve these results?
It was important that the right people from our side understood the platform and how it will help them in their role. The EdTech Impact team were a great support, as we required several calls due to the size of our team. It was worth it though, as EdTech Impact is now fully baked into our internal processes, which has ensured a consistent approach to collecting, replying and sharing reviews across the company.
