How long does the free plan last?
Forever. Our mission is to help educators easily find and compare all EdTech worldwide.
How long am I bound to a paid plan?
Building trust is not an overnight thing. It requires ongoing engagement with your customers all year round, enabling you to earn badges and increase your visibility as a top rated product in your categories. For this reason, all paid subscriptions are for 12 months. We're confident you'll see ROI.
What happens to my reviews if I stop using EdTech Impact?
As per our Review Guidelines, all reviews remain published forever as long as your business is active. If you're unhappy with a review, you can flag its legitimacy to our team. We also recommend replying with your side of the story - this has been proven to increase trust with potential buyers, especially for negative reviews.
I use another review platform. Do I have to start again?
Not at all. Third-party reviews can be imported via a CSV file. Please note that imported reviews won't count towards your overall review score, and will not include any impact ratings.
Do I have to pay for leads?
You will need a paid subscription to activate lead generation features. The Pro subscription offers unlimited inbound lead generation, so as your profile grows in popularity and you generate more leads, you will not be paying any more.
Is this a UK-only site?
Not-UK only, though most of our users are English speaking. As of January 2023, 46% of users were from the UK, swiftly followed by the US and the Middle East. We’re also popular with English-speaking international school groups and parents.
