What is Artis?
Artis is all about learning creatively.
It's a creative learning video platform for primary schools, delivering weekly, curriculum-linked episodes that enable children to sing, dance and act the curriculum. Teachers using Artis have seen significant improvements in oracy, engagement, confidence and wellbeing. Teachers have reported a particularly strong impact on children with SEND and ESL children. It also helps teachers bring more creativity into their classrooms.
Unlike a one-off session, Artis builds progression by providing a regular, structured programme that integrates creative learning into the school week. Over time, this approach strengthens skills, boosts confidence, and embeds creativity as a core part of the learning experience.
Artis online is the digital version of what we've been doing in-person for over twenty years. As a charity, this enables us to fulfil our mission to nurture creativity in every child, everywhere.

ARTIS lessons help us make sure that children wake up in the morning and want to come to school. Fizz, our dance and drama specialist from ARTIS, helps our teachers bring the curriculum to life for the children.

Artis on line is a fantastic resource to engage learners with hooks for lots of curriculum areas. The use of drama is an inclusive approach meaning children with SEND or limited language are able to join and feel successful.

Artis is a great way for the children to get moving, speaking and singing all whilst linked in to curriculum content that is relevant to their age group. The children enjoy the delivery, which is lead by engaging people and have built their confidence in speaking in front of others.

Artis sessions enable the children to develop new skills, led by experts, and have fun at the same time. The children love the combination of song and movement and are intrigued by some of the special effects!

The bespoke performing arts provision that Artis offers is not matched by any other specialist that I have worked with. This provision is also extremely high quality. The specialists are exactly that - specialists as performing musicians, dancers or actors and they combine these disciplines seamlessly to deliver in the classroom, through this online platform which, in many ways, replicates their in person delivery.
