Bell Path handles the daily organisation of an Australian primary school. When a teacher is away, Daily Cover lists every lesson and yard duty that needs covering, suggests covering staff from the term's fairness count, records planning time taken and time in lieu owed, and texts a booked relief teacher (CRT) one link to a day sheet with times, rooms, duties and the absent teacher's class plan. The same day runs the yard duty roster (built in Bell Path or loaded from the school's own file), wet day plans, the education support staff timetable, event timetables, an operations calendar, and a staff portal where each teacher sees their own published day.

It all runs on the school's timetable. A school can send the timetable it already has, as it is, and Bell Path loads it within 48 hours. Or Bell Path builds a weekly or fortnightly timetable around planning time in each state's terms (APT, RFF, NCT, DOTT, NIT), part-time teachers, job-shares, specialist rotations, meetings and rooms, and says plainly when a school's rules cannot all be met.

Bell Path is built in Australia for primary schools only, its servers are in Australia, and it runs alongside Compass, Sentral and CASES21 rather than replacing them.
