Clasom gives private tutors and independent teachers a booking website under their own brand and domain. Students visit the site, see the lessons and prices on offer, choose an available time and confirm the booking themselves, which adds it to the teacher's schedule without any back-and-forth messaging. Tutors set their own availability, lesson formats and prices, and can run both individual and group lessons.

Each student has a personal account holding their schedule and lesson access. A permanent video-call link — Zoom, Google Meet or another service — can be saved once and attached to future bookings, and teachers can keep private notes, share homework and worksheets through a chat, and take payments directly, including lesson packages. Automatic notifications cover new bookings, reminders before each lesson, and any reschedules or cancellations, sent to both teacher and student.

The platform supports multiple languages, time zones and currencies, so teacher and student each see the correct lesson time and terms. It also works as a place to manage a student base, bookings, scheduling and payments in one workspace, which the vendor positions as a CRM for tutors.
