Crosby Management Training Ltd has been providing apprenticeships, specialist training and qualification programmes for over 20 years. We found that Schools and Academies have the 2nd highest unspent levy in the country! So much so, the Department for Education had £300million of apprenticeship levy-funding clawed back due to schools unspent levy.
Our aim is to help schools understand and utilise their levy funding, upskill their colleagues and fulfill their potential and go beyond!

We pride ourselves on a 100% pass rate and 33% distinction rate for our Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.
