Every school pays a £200 annual platform fee plus £3 per pupil per year, with a minimum of 100 pupils — so a small rural primary pays £500, a two-form entry primary around £1,460, and an 11–18 secondary around £3,500. That covers unlimited meetings, unlimited staff accounts, in-person, phone and online formats, and integrated access to attendance, SEND, assessment data and notes. Expert-led training is available as an optional add-on at £500 per session (UK and Ireland). Trusts, federations and school groups can agree custom multi-school pricing on a single invoice and renewal date. A free 30-day trial includes up to five staff accounts and virtual onboarding. I think Equipple is brilliant because it makes the whole parents’ meeting process so much easier for both teachers and parents. It saves time, cuts down on unnecessary admin and is really straightforward to use. Parents have more flexibility and teachers can be better prepared for meaningful conversations. I’d definitely recommend it to colleagues.
