With the customisable MATtracker dashboard you can see at a glance which communications your schools have distributed to staff, and if they have been read and completed. You can also compile an online library of your own policies etc for your schools to use, plus you have free access to a bank of 10 ready-made policies and 10 online training courses that are fully editable.

Your schools each have an online account where they pick from your library, or create material of their own. The system distributes the material to staff via an email containing a secure link. Staff complete the communication from any device, at a time which suits them.
The school can track who has (and hasn’t) completed the communication, and reminders can be issued if necessary. The MAT now has an audit trail of schools successfully distributing, monitoring, and completing mandatory communications.
