What is Staff Pulse?
We know that staff don’t always feel comfortable sharing their worries or struggles with leaders.
Staff Pulse offers regular anonymous wellbeing surveys, with questions designed specifically for the education sector, giving staff a safe space to voice their feelings about school life openly and honestly, empowering leaders to create action plans to address any issues quickly and effectively.
Surveys are sent to staff on either a weekly or fortnightly basis and take less than two minutes to complete. This regular routine provides senior leaders with in-depth and accurate insights, which they can then use to track wellbeing development (via dedicated dashboards for particular groups, schools or number of schools) and discover areas to improve and celebrate.
Staff can leave comments anonymously and senior leaders can respond directly, acknowledging their feedback and encouraging an open, two-way conversation. And because different departments have different concerns, Staff Pulse enables leaders to segment staff into groups and compare them, tailoring improvement plans to suit each, and bringing staff wellbeing strategy to life.
