Ten Points is a behaviour and wellbeing platform for schools, built by teachers. It brings behaviour points, student wellbeing journals, safeguarding alerts, and leadership analytics into one app – replacing the separate systems most schools juggle for house points, incident logging, and pastoral tracking.

On the behaviour side, teachers award points linked to the school's own values and Houses, so praise means the same thing in every classroom and every child knows where they stand. Incidents, detentions, and reflection entries sit alongside the rewards, giving staff a complete picture of each child rather than a list of sanctions. That consistency matters most for students with SEND, who benefit from recognition that works the same way in every lesson.

On the wellbeing side, students open their journal each morning and say how they are. Most entries are happy ones. Those that aren't are screened by AI and reach the right member of staff instantly, so support arrives while it can still make a difference. Students receive a supportive response and are guided to calming activities matched to how they feel.
