 Set Up | We work with you to plan your system and set it up to match your requirements, e.g. recreating lesson observation forms, determining check-in dates, agree your strategic goals and outcomes, etc. This is done in an session which usually lasts around an hour. We then aim to have you up and running within one working day. |
 Training | We currently provide an optional demonstration of the product at sign up by our Customer Engagement Team as part of the onboarding process. To improve customer experience, we are also looking to load page-specific videos on to each main page which will show the user around any time in about 30-60 seconds. |

I have used The School Bus from the start, seeing it demonstrated at a conference. It helped me introduce the whole of GDPR into my previous school. Assisted with items through need further help. I think it is an amazing tool and always ensure my colleagues in school and other schools are aware of this valuable service.

It is prohibitively expensive for us as a small school and uses a rolling subscription rather than asking schools to sign up again each year.

One stop shop. Everything I have searched for so far has either documents, links or templates. If it doesnt, I can just contact them and ask for a bespoke document. We are not using The School Bus to its full potential but plan to change that!
