At SchooliP, we don’t wait to get started. As soon as your school signs up, our team begins configuring your system, even before your first meeting.
Using your school’s branding (including colours and logo, typically taken from your website), we pre-install a customised version of SchooliP that’s already aligned with your identity. By the time we meet for your initial one-hour setup session, your system is already branded, structured, and ready to go.
During the session, we:
• Tailor key elements to your processes (e.g. lesson observation forms, QA templates)
• Schedule your key cycles, check-in points, and calendar dates
• Align the platform with your strategic goals and desired outcomes
Most schools are fully operational the same day. After this, we continue working with you based on your preferred pace, whether rolling out all features at once or focusing on individual areas in stages.

- Small Schools (under 200 pupils): £595 per year
- Larger Schools (over 1000 pupils): £2,985 per year
- All Other Schools: £3 per pupil, per year
