All staff find the visual representations an excellent way of determining progress, areas for development etc. This applies to appraisal as well as school development plans. We have a single system that has brought consistency, reduced workload and centralised tasks and activities. We purchased a three-year subscription because we were so impressed by the functionalities and how it would impact on administrative tasks (for example). I am glad to say that the product has delivered and continues to deliver. It is very hard to imagine returning to our old way of working with various platforms, file sharing sites etc.
