No installation of hardware/software is required, any user set up is done so via an email which contains their username and password.
In the first instance the data manager or data lead at the school would need to input the staff/curriculum information from their MIS system via an export.
To allow for full functionality of the service, a portable device such as a tablet/laptop should be used to conduct any records which are performed.
Our approach is tailored to the needs of our individual members. We are currently offering online training sessions for your convenience.
Very minimal training, either a quick online session (30 mins) to select members of staff to run through functionality, or we do have user print outs available which show how a record can be started and published so the analysis is available within the reports.
We have a dedicated help section full of guides included a getting started guide which the initial administrator can work through. We also have a support team on hand Monday - Friday 9-5pm.
We work with you to plan your system and set it up to match your requirements, e.g. recreating lesson observation forms, determining check-in dates, agree your strategic goals and outcomes, etc. This is done in an session which usually lasts around an hour. We then aim to have you up and running within one working day.
