In PersonLive OnlineWebinarsDocumentationVideosOur Customer Success team provide a one-on-one 30-minute video onboarding session with educators, where we explore the video curriculum, training manual and training videos. This onboarding focuses on how the video library is accessed and how to interact with the different tools, build playlists and use filters to create lesson plans. Teachers can sign up to an onboarding as many times as they need at no additional cost. For those that don’t have time to take a meeting, we also have a 15-minute onboarding video available for them to view that covers everything that the meeting would.

Equipment is received within 1-2 weeks. The school is welcome to start exploring and interacting with the website as soon as they receive their login information. We set up the school’s username and password upon purchase and reach out to schedule an onboarding session that same day.
