    Digital knowledge and safety, PSHE
  • Slightly improves behaviour or wellbeing
Unable to test currently as used during pandemic and not carried out sufficient pupil voice

Staff feedback re lesson content is strong but nt had sufficient opportunity to use it except as part of home learning. Impressed with 2020 curriculum for RSE
  • Significantly reduces teacher workload
Quality and breadth of lessons provide high standards of lesson content in various subjects
  • Significantly improves teacher knowledge and skills
Research quality is high and teachers can be confident to learn alongside materials

Via home learning, parents have engaged with many aspects- could see this being very engaging and supportive of our parent work

The program has the potential to significantly impact positively on well being and outcomes for children and place children firmly at the center of their own learning.

Kate Hall found Natterhub:
  • Moderately builds student knowledge
There are a lot of children who will benefit from being taught how to negotiate the internet without falling foul of the pitfalls out there. Ignorance is not bliss. Knowledge is power!
  • Moderately improves behaviour or wellbeing
Natterhub puts the child's well being at the center of the curriculum resulting in children who feel listened to and valued.
  • Moderately improves teaching efficiency and productivity
Subjects that have previously been taught in isolation such as PSED, Well-being, ICT are combined. This has significantly reducing work load whilst simultaneously demonstrating that all subjects should not stand alone and are integral to each other.
  • Moderately reduces teacher workload
Planning and tracking are integral to the program significantly reducing workload
  • Significantly improves teacher knowledge and skills
Natterhub is brilliant for showing the links in our learning. Children's well being is put at the center of the curriculum which in turn reminds us that a child that is happy, safe and secure is more able to access learning and achieve their potential. A fact that can sometimes get lost in our data driven world....
  • Moderately provides school data
  • Significantly improves school processes
Access for all teachers to a child's profile encourages discussion and moderation of children's current academic levels
  • Moderately improves parental engagement
There are useful tools that improve the ability to be able to contact parents and engage them in their child's achievements.

Year 6 Teacher

Used Natterhub for 6 months

I really love it and don’t see any other support learning tool out there that has the functionality , engaging content and accessibility and learning potential that Natterhub has. The pitch for all ages is right and the space to explore within it is fantastic for all ages and abilities. The children have loved it and ultimately that is the biggest compliment .

Nick O-T found Natterhub:
  • Significantly builds student knowledge
Transcending classroom learning of Year 6 around using social media and the values and good and expected behaviour on/line. The great part is the movement of their learning into the real world Of Navigating Social media which many are accessing at a younger age.
  • Significantly improves behaviour or wellbeing
Our year 6 Children have gotten into a healthy routine of careful thinking and in learning and managing their inputs into sessions. This learning has encompassed careful consideration of what they share, how they share and the considered impact on their peers and therefore the society around them
  • Significantly improves teaching efficiency and productivity
Once trained in how to get the most out of Natterhub it proved to be a very effective, engaging and fluent Tool that Supported my teaching in class while retaining a good learning flow.
  • Moderately reduces teacher workload
My teaching style is creative and child led . Natterhub therefore gives me great flexibility and opportunity to diversify my teaching if and when I need / want to.
  • Significantly improves teacher knowledge and skills
I feel more ‘savvy’ With this additional learning tool at my disposal and using Natterhub has been as much as a learning experience for me as it has the children.
  • Moderately provides school data
  • Significantly improves school processes
When considering our Year 6 children and the process of their movement and transition into Year 7 ( where they have full access to their own devices) has been greatly supported and has given them a more informed and independent view and subsequent confidence in using technology with greater confidence and less fear.
  • Significantly improves parental engagement
Parents like it a lot so that means it becomes a positive and collaborative process between the three key stakeholders - children / parents / school which is the key to it all !

    Not sure what this means
  • Slightly improves parental engagement

As I haven't used it with a class yet I can only base my onion on what the lessons look like and not how they actually engage pupils.

Janet found Natterhub:

I haven't used the lessons as we only joined just before summer but looking at the lesson plans and activities I feel they will support learning well.
