Lubo found CREATE Education Project:

• Significantly builds student knowledge“Our children were able to explore and really understand what 3D modelling is and its impact on our world today and the future. The classes were able to put into context what a 3D plane is and how to manipulate it for their modelling. The sessions were able to address Information Technology by using the mouse correctly to navigate the software.”
• Significantly improves teacher knowledge and skills“At the start of the session none of the teachers were aware of the software or how applicable it can be to the national curriculum, especially with design and technology. By the end of the session we were all confident and are now able to teach it efficiently to our classes.”
• Slightly improves school processes“With access to 3D printers, we are now thinking creatively on our resources. Story time in reception has been enhanced with the printing of the Gruffalo, our Year 5 space projects have involved the classes constructing a 3D model of a space rocket and designing their own. These would not be possible without the 3D printing and the software that we explored during a Create Education Workshop.”
