Excellent customer service and project management tools from sales discovery meeting to live launch. The team are there to support you every step of the way before, during and beyond.

  • Does not reduce teacher workload
    The question is not relevant because teachers do not use the web and communication tools
  • Slightly saves school money
    It is still early days. However, we have started to communicate key parent-student events via the website to help reduce the amount of paper that goes home
  • Moderately improves school processes
    For the reasons I gave in question E.
  • Moderately improves parental engagement
    Parents have commented on how impressed they are with the new website and within the first 3 months of launching the website we have seen a 25% increase in web traffic and parents viewing parent letters online
