The website can be difficult to navigate and create content. It can be overwhelming at times. The printouts are useful and support my children's routine and transition. I wouldn't recommend customer support. After 16 emails, I am no further forward with support. I have cancelled after 5 years subscription and already paid for additional content which I will lose! To add, my subscription price was increased.
