Penn State University

Penn State was the worst decision I could have possibly made. This institution destroyed my mental health by creating an exclusive environment for me and my roommate. We were put on a sorority floor without being informed, which is vital information since my roommate and I have zero affiliation with any sorority. The girls on the floor treated us with so much disrespect and made me feel very unwelcome and unsafe. I felt like if I screamed for help, no one would react. We complained to the university, but they did nothing at all. We also had no access to any lounges or the kitchen in our dorm, which we were supposed to have access to two at the least. I was paying thousands for a dorm room and that’s about all I had access to in my building. I had to withdraw from school because I became so anxious in my living situation that I began throwing up everyday and lost over 25 pounds. I couldn’t even make it to class. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning to Penn State. I’m already over $100,000 in debt from two years of schooling because of how ridiculous the price gauging is here. We are not.

May just be a deep appreciation for this historical school, but I become very fond of the grounds and the architecture of this university. Gives me a feeling of gratitude for all the many educators that have give so much to make it rich in grandeur. 😊

Party school to say the least. There are no activities for college students locally. It can be depressing to hang out in town. Also, you come into the school not wanting to be politically persuaded but you can’t avoid it. When there were many Uber kidnappings at the school no one never warned the women students. There were a few students that had to pass out flyers to warn the other girls on campus. A lot is brushed under the carpet!

An excellent educational institution. The university is well funded, the people are nice and the lecturers are incredibly helpful.

Average school at best and with the huge class enrollment comes very large classes where you can easily get lost.
