Eco printers have delivered exactly what they promised they would, right from the beginning. The print quality is excellent and we experience very few problems with printing. If we do have a problem, technical support is always available immediately, and if the problem cannot be fixed, they send out a new printer for next day delivery. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and always visit regularly to service our printers. They keep us up to date with trends offering up to the minute improvements as they experience them. I have used eco printers now for almost 4 years and can honestly say I am 100% satisfied. It is also nice to know we are doing our bit for the environment in using this eco friendly approach to printing. We have been lucky enough to experience little treats along the way with a stock of 'tea-pigs' (tea-bags) for our staff room every time they come to service the printers, and even a delivery of delicious cakes. Recommend unreservedly.
