Review of iAM Compliant

We really like iAMCompliant, but there are some features that could be improved, e.g. the ability of all staff to generate job requests by email) without having a full iAMCompliant account. Some of the document raising / saving / generating tasks are not entirely straightforward or easy to navigate.
