The app misses many options on certain phones, it's not compatible with all smartphones. Very difficult to get familiar with. The worst app I have ever used in my life.

I apologise for the app not being up to date on your phone - this is something we are working on as phone update quicker than we have our app. iPAL does work better on a tablet or laptop for booking and we encourage our customers to ensure parents are aware of this.
