Its a great system and has saved a lot of time for first aid staff. I did not give it a score of 10 because there are a few things I would like to see improved - I have been told that my suggestions will be looked at may be incorporated at a later date.

- Significantly improves parent engagement“A lot of time is saved being able to email parents directly from completing an incident - or having access to parent phone numbers as soon as you log it if you also have to call home.”
- Moderately improves school processes“If staff follow the correct processes for first aiders Medical Tracker is a huge help because of the time saved.”
- Does not improve teacher wellbeing“We may need more info if there is a way to aid teacher wellbeing that we are missing!”
- Significantly reduces teacher workload
- Does not significantly save school money
