it would save time if there was an easier way of designing classroom initially. pre programmed classroom formats e.g., horse shoe, rows etc.
Reply from Mega Seating Plan:Hi Khamis. Thanks for your review. Laying out a classroom typically takes users no more than about a minute and only needs to be done once for each room. It can then be accessed by every teacher in your school.
The challenge with pre-programmed layouts is that the likelihood of a layout matching your classroom is very low, which is why a more flexible system is used instead.

- Moderately reduces teacher workload“when covering a class I do not know it helps me to behaviour manage. It helps me to remember which students can not sit next to each other and easier to adapt seating plan when things come up.”
- Moderately improves teaching efficiency“When changing the seating plan. I can put it up on the board and get students seated quickly which reduces the amount of lesson time lost.”
