Once you've got used to setting big exam halls up, it is easy to import whole cohorts or mixed subject groups with all the necessary examination info; Access Arrangements, etc included. Additionally, the owner/creator (Rob) is very helpful and quick to respond when needed.

Compared to other similar products I have tried it is way more polished and easy to use. Sharing seating plans, classes or class room layouts with colleagues is very easy. Also, the support is top notch. The few times I have needed to get personal help the support was most of the time within minutes! At worst the late support message was solved the next morning. Compared to the other IT systems we use, this is hands down best.

Mega Seating Plan is a fantastic piece of software, and I'd argue it's an essential for any school. Having consistent seating plans across the organisation with mapped data, student photos, management tools and so much more has saved us both time and many headaches. Having clear seating plans is a bonus for inspection readiness, as it allows us to provide inspectors with an overview of the class on one single page, providing essential context to any lesson observation.
