I subscribed to their package that says there are 18 tests available. After paying I realised that there are just 6 tests in listening, reading and writing and 6 tests for speaking task 2. So they clearly misled when they mentioned 18. Most other websites when they mention any number they actually mean those number of full length tests. Even the actual IELTS exam is constituted as 1 single test although it tests 4 different areas - we don't say I gave 4 IELTS times just because they test 4 different areas. So by not clearly mentioning the breakup, Road to IELTS is clearly misleading customers. Separately, of the 6 tests in my package, two are already available free of cost on the British Council website. So in reality, my package only has 4 new full length tests. On writing to them they stick to their stand and hence I found them unhelpful.
