Starlight has positively impacted both my teaching and leadership. I am 20 years in to my teaching career and have rarely received any feedback for the last few. The starlight product has helped me to continue to be a reflective practitioner because I now have more tangible information to base my reflections on. It has also guided me to specific educational research which has been beneficial.
