Medical tracker has made it so much easier to manage medical issues in school, as you can upload IHPs & medication as well as logging injuries & sickness. Easy to find data for specific children if needed, improved record keeping

I think there are still some tweaks that would make it quicker and more efficient. Being able to send parents approval for short term medication more quickly and easy would help (long term plans are great) - it would also help that the notifications could be text to parents rather than emails as occasionally parents don't look straight away (we don't have the softwear to enable text messages) it would also help to be able to add multiple medications - for examples children that have paracetamol and ibuprofen - rather than inputting twice - to be able to add these medications at once.

In my experience there have been limitations / things that in our view could be improved. However, customer services are very helpful and take note of any difficulties / suggestions to carry forward for improvement in the future.

In theory, Medical Tracker is amazing, and parts of it are working incredibly well. However, we, as a school, would like it to 'do' certain things that aren't possible. I'm continually emailing support@ with queries, and it may be that we need it to do more than it's able to.

I have used medical tracker for years and it has always been easy to use, they are always updating the system with new features and they listen to the users if you would like another feature adding.

Its a great system to use. Very user friendly and the support received has been great so far. We love how you can notify a parent immediately so there are no more "forgotten" incidents at the end of the day.

It is rare to find a management information system that works so effectively, and is so simple and straightforward to use - there really are few limitations to its efficiency. I have worked in 4 schools and have purchased Medical Tracker for all 4. It is probably the best value software, both financially and operationally, a school could purchase. I cannot praise it highly enough.

Its a great system and has saved a lot of time for first aid staff. I did not give it a score of 10 because there are a few things I would like to see improved - I have been told that my suggestions will be looked at may be incorporated at a later date.

I have used medical tracker for years between two different schools and it has helped track all the mediations given and accidents that have happened on site. And saved me so much time.

MT is easy to use, the team are helpful, and the information area is useful and self-explanatory. I love being able to get an overview of all 5 schools and be able to run reports. to look at areas for improvement
