Teachers will need an email address and username to set up their accounts. Students only need to sign in and create a unique username; no student email account required.

With a progressive web app and our iOS app, Showbie is accessible from any browser and on any device.

We don't offer training to users as our app is very intuitive. Kids will hear voice instructions in games and in educational videos, they will learn through our characters and/or real person's speech.

Training isn't mandatory, but we're committed to making sure that customers feel confident and comfortable using the platform. Our Support and Customer Success teams, as well as our dedicated Learning Specialists, are on hand to help you make the most of your Showbie account.

It will only take a very few minutes. Our app is very easy and intuitive. For the user onboarding, you will only need to add your email address, type of subscription, child's name* and their age* so we can personalize their experience and that's all! You will be ready for the adventure of Playlearning™!

*Please note that we care about your child's privacy and we are not able to link their age and name with their identity. We ask them just to create a profile for each of your kids and their age to show the best content for them.

Showbie is easy to use and even faster to set up, so you spend less time managing tech and more time teaching. With just a few clicks, you can have your Showbie classroom set up and be on your way to teaching your first lesson in Showbie.
