RM Unify is a cloud based product accessed through a website on any modern browser.
The administrator can set up and issue usernames and passwords for every user in the school (teachers, students, non-teaching staff etc.) by syncing the user data with either the schools MIS, the on-site Active Directory or a CSV file. They can then provision these users into Office 365 or Google Workspace for Education to allow seamless single sign on into these applications.
For teachers, once logged in, they can customise their own launchpads to include any relevant applications from the app library and curate their own content links.
Where necessary, configure firewalls to allow for Netop traffic.
No training required, but online guidance is available on the RM website.
