You have to play around with it and try to figure out what to use and how to use it because there's no instructions on what things are. A brand new novice person that's never used a computer app program before, is struggling to figure out how to use the commands not just which commands to use to make the program work but how to use the commands in the first place. It took us hours to figure out how to use a loop command and put more than one command in it because you have no instructions at all on how to physically move icons and where to put them in order to do a particular function. And then we got no response from your support team when we asked for help.
