Whether you're leading careers education in the classroom or remotely, Xello provides you with a whole-school approach that is consistent and engaging.
We offer unlimited CPD to all Unifrog partner schools. Your Account Manager will run staff training sessions tailored to your school or college. We also run regular webinars to help you get the most from the platform.
You'll be invited to in-person CPD conferences and virtual networking events throughout the year to network with other careers leaders, top employers, and universities.
Moving to Xello is easier than you think! We've developed an onboarding programme to ensure you (and your stakeholders) feel excited and confident to bring Xello into your classrooms.
You'll benefit from tailored training sessions that teach you the basics of reporting and monitoring student engagement as well as more specific topics like leveraging Xello to inform one-to-one guidance and evidencing progress towards achieving the Gatsby Benchmarks.
Our seamless onboarding process means you can be up and running within two days of joining us.
Once we receive data from you or your IT Manager, we can have you up and running within 2 working days. Your choice between flat file data integration or data integration via your school or college's MIS will have an impact on the onboarding schedule. Everything will be explained in your first kick-off meeting in which we advise you to include all key stakeholders, including your IT Manager, for maximum success.
Can be used as soon as the licence is set up although onboarding and free training is available if you need it.
