• Improves attainment“Using the whatif facility to identify 'easy wins' can raise grades for individuals. Identifying cohorts of pupils who are underachieving leads to specific priorities in the departmental improvement plan e.g. raise standards of MAT students in Year 12 in a certain subject.”
• Improves school processes“We are beginning on this journey now. However, John Roe's recent training has shown how we will be able to see more clearly what the performance of FSM pupils is in KS4. This has been included in our whole school improvement plan this year.”
