The customer service after I enquired why my course hadn't been refreshed was terrible. I am still waiting for a refund on my purchase as I did not wish to go ahead with the course and no accountability was taken for the website's inadequacy

- Improves behaviour or wellbeing“Their portal is unclear and will not allow you to do a course you have paid for if it is already completed on their site, even a refresher version (I need to do this every 2 years to stay up to date for my job role). Due to this, I lost several hours of my time completing a course I had paid for earlier that day only for the course to still be showing the original completion date of 2024”
