Courses on Child-on-Child Abuse, Child Exploitation and Online Safety gave me a clearer understanding of how to recognise concerns and report them promptly through the designated safeguarding lead. Training in Medication, First Aid, Trip Risk Assessments, Data Protection and Cyber Security has also made me more careful with practical procedures and student information. Because all staff complete the same training, we share a common language and expectations, which makes reporting and record keeping clearer across the school.”
