It is easy to use. It provides a bank of exam questions and it gives students immediate feedback on what they can and can not do. In addition students can access the videos from home for additional support.

Reply from MathsWatch:Dear Debbie, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. The ability to set assignments to whole classes but also to individual students (or selected groups of individuals) is indeed highly appreciated by teachers. Our exam reports are also quite popular as they help to quickly identify strengths but also gaps in knowledge of students. We are glad to hear that you are finding these tools effective.
Debbie Kite Williams found MathsWatch:
  • Significantly reduces teacher workload
Very quick to set homework, Easy to find and set exam style questions, Self marking
  • Moderately reduces attainment gap
I teach a year 12 resit group. I can set work for individual students and they can watch the videos if it contains something that is a gap in their knowledge. I use the GCSE papers for exam practise that has immediate marking and feedback with Grade awarded
  • Moderately provides school data
It tells me what level students are working at on the past GCSE papers. By printing off the reports I can see which students are engaging in independent study and report to parents
  • Moderately improves attainment
Students have access to exam questions and teachers can customise tasks to fit the students needs
