It has some good features that are definitely usable, however the self-marking is very specific features that are looked for - espescially worded or graphs - this means a lot of checking after students have completed work. The fluency questions work well, but there is not an excess of these sometimes. It does not accomodate well for low-ability classes - it is good for students attaining a secure upwards, but would benefit from further scaffolded and easier questions in places. The video's are usable but are percieved by students as boring and so does demotivate them from using this.

- Reduces teacher workload“MathsWatch is good for setting revision work or homework occassionally or a computer room lesson.”
- Improves attainment“Students who revise more do better, MathsWatch would benefit more if it marked and posed more exam questions making it the most impactful; it is good for those needing fluency practice.”
- Provides school data“This is good for seeing who logged in and who has completed work. Question by question breakdowns do exist, but require a downloadable excel sheet and using this to filter and sort - a quick summary report of top 3 questions and bottom 3 questions in terms of time/success rate would be so much easier.”
- Reduces attainment gap“Students who wish to revise will use this, those who do not won't use it - student motivation isn't increased by using Maths Watch and so no impact on the Attainment Gap.”
