It is a useful program for seating, checking homework, attendance, selecting students with a choice wheel, etc. Many options are offered for room setup.
Laurie Forsman found Seating Plan:
- Reduces teacher workload“I can set up a room for my seating plans and the program allows for use in different classes without my having to do cumbersome copying as I had to do in PowerSchool. I also have easy and quick access to a Wheel of Names instead of finding a separate app to do that.”
- Improves teaching efficiency“I am more efficient when I can devote my time to teaching.”
- Improves behaviour or wellbeing“I don't use it for behaviour.”
