Regarding the registration team I found only Ms. Sonia so cooperative and help me to solve many issues related to some documents that I need, which is supposed to be another employee responsibility but these other employees not available on their offices or they said" please mom do it online only" while Ms. Sonia finished within minutes.
In general this school overall is not too bad if you dont care about arabic and islamic, bullying is very common and the environment isnt so healthy especially for kids. at bus/home time they kick secondary students out of any indoor area and they keep them in the heat which is horribile considering its a responsibilty if one of the kids gets a heat stroke , they usually wait for parents at the auditorium but instead they keep them out. another thing is that we are paying customers and the fees increase every year yet they still keep students out and disrespect them. other kids their misbehave alot and show no respect towards teachers and eachother and show a very bad attitude towards learning. they have changed the system this year into having a one way system because it gets too crowded where no one can walk and this system just made everything worse as students are all walking towards the same direction so it gets cluttered. teachers are very bad experienced which again isnt fair becasue if all the money parents pay (some good teachers are rare).  they have really bad organizing techniques where teachers cant even manage the students which results in alot (not all) students ignore the importance of education. bus transport facilities are really bad as they do not reply quick and barely give you a seat for bus and keep postponing it and saying their too "busy". when it comes to answering calls as well their very slow and always use the same "busy" excuse when it comes to any inquiry so when i went to the school physically to see whats going on the staff are not busy and their all talking and doing completely fine but somehow cannot answer phone calls for 2 mins. i would say its a good school  if the fees were way  lower becasue of the  bad teaching quality and bad  facilities and students but when it comes to the fees compared with what you get , its a scam for sure and i wouldnt reccomend other parents to send their  kids to this school , find a better one with better teachers and students as they cannot control students other than with uniform which quite frankly is useless because students are going to learn and not be judged for having a white stripe on their black shoes. fix your teaching skills and fix the school overall then look at the smaller things . thank you very much

Bad school, They treat students differently and has a lot of staff that teach don't even know how to do their jobs plus the schools fees increase every year, talking about fees the school makes parents with special ed kids pay twice the amount of the fees.

The environment isnt clean and students do inappropriate acts in the washroom.

As a parent, really happy with the school...well organized and process oriented....nice facilities and good teaching staff....new Dubailand campus is really good - spacious, very good facilities, good location (away from traffic)...

The school is expensive no doubt but it is very near to where we live which is why we chose it. System is very confusing for me and still trying to understand coming from American curriculum.
Transport are a rip off
Uniform is another serious rip off
Staff are very stiff and you do not feel welcomed in general
But I DO NOT HAVE MUCH OPTIONS

I have a lot of bad experience being in this school. The students are very racist saying the n word even though most of them are not black. There is this one student who is insufferable and makes the most obnoxious jokes ever. It is also very ableist with how they represent autism with puzzle pieces. I am so sick of being forced to worship and write good things about UAE even though they have secret prisons in Yemen that torture people if they say anything bad about it. Students do not care about human decency or human rights. I am always upset when I'm being told to remove headphones and being forced to worship
