MyNewTerm is a brilliant website! It has helped streamline many time consuming processes (shortlisting, arranging interviews, providing candidate feedback, obtaining employment references). In addition, Wayne, the CEO, is always looking for the news to improve the system, by partnering with schools and implementing their suggestions.
