Lots of excellent features. Would like a few tweaks to be made to improve the functionality further. I would like it to be possible to see all of the previous input for the child at once, like you do in the Chronology, but without searching for it. Previously used Smoothwall safeguarding software and found that easier to use / find historical information. In general, MyConcern is easy to use, but could be excellent with a few small changes. Too many email notifications sent for one safeguarding concern.
