We've seen some very quick results but have scratched the surface. I think that there will be more to learn and the software is always developing.

Ella Wilmone found Nautilus:
  • Improves attainment
Nautilus has changed how we approach pedagogy in our classrooms. Instead of waiting for end-of-term assessments to realise that children may not have made progress, we now work more formatively to teach better.
  • Improves teaching efficiency
This is the biggest benefit. We had training to get everyone set up, and then could begin to use the system properly. We now work with short, quicker monitoring activities.
  • Improves teacher knowledge
Our staff work together and benefit from good quality feedback. This cycle is good for also spotting training needs, especially for support staff.
  • Builds student knowledge
Better teaching equals better outcomes. We have faith that this is the best way to use the platform and to work.
  • Saves school money
Very affordable. Even with the training. The long term savings are clear but the best thing is that it's efficient, so we can manage workload pressures better.
