Arwyn Jones found Nautilus:

• Improves attainment“It's given leaders a better visibility of learning. But we're still at an early stage of using Nautilus and will use the data to help inform school planning for next year.”
• Improves teaching efficiency“Again as we're just starting our journey with Nautilus it's hard for us to so that we've notice impact yet but we can definitely see the potential and have noticed strengths and weaknesses.”
• Improves teacher knowledge“Due to the surveys happening and being shared with teachers their understanding of what good practice looks like has developed.”
• Saves school money“Not yet, but I believe once we establish the performance management side of Nautilus this will significantly save time therefore having an indirect effect on spending.”
