For the reasons listed before, the full computing coverage, the safety and reliability of the platform, the way the site is kept up to date . I would not want to change

Reply from Purple Mash:Thank you Holly, this is wondeful to read. We're so pleased the plans and resources are helping both you and your pupils. Linking learning across subjects, alongside supporting the computing curriculum, is exactly what Purple Mash is designed to do, so it’s fantastic to see that in action. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
Holly Irving found Purple Mash:
  • Builds student knowledge
The computing scheme has enabled pupils to independently create projects outside the main curriculum that they were unable to do prior to teaching
  • Reduces teacher workload
The plans and slides are well put together so when using, adapting for need in the class is straightforward and less time consuming.
  • Improves teaching efficiency
We link across subjects creating more opportunities for revision and better use of whole curriculum time.
  • Improves teacher knowledge
The training and guides are supportive and clear as is the email support when needed
  • Increases student collaboration
Not only does it support group projects but when pupils are working on one computer, they need to discuss and collaborate with clear communication.
