SchoolIP has become a key part of how we are strengthening strategic alignment and accountability across our trust. We are using the platform to bring together self-evaluation and improvement planning in a way that is clear, consistent and directly linked to our strategic priorities. The alignment with the Ofsted framework and our own trust domains has supported leaders to be sharper in their evaluation and more precise in their planning. From a trust perspective, it gives us stronger oversight without losing the nuance of individual settings. We can identify strengths, spot trends and intervene more effectively where needed. The system is intuitive, well structured and has been positively received by leaders. It is helping us move towards a more disciplined and evidence-informed improvement model. A highly effective tool that is adding real value to our work.
